5 family friendly beaches to visit before summer ends

Our beds are already sandy, our noses are already peeling and our towels are
already salty, so why not use the last month of summer to visit these family
friendly beaches that the kids will love. Our Swoodi products were designed
with active beach loving families in mind, so here’s your calling to put those
hooded towels to good use!
Swoodi swim towels at the beach with a kangaroo at Lucky Bay Western Australia

It may be a day trip from Perth (or anywhere) but it’s worth the drive.
Nestled amongst the great beaches of Cape Le Grand National Park, this
beach is why Australia is constantly acknowledged for its white sand and clear
water. Camping is on offer near by, although you may have to share with the
native wildlife.
Kid friendly beach Kingsclipp beach in New South Wales

If your kids are yet to graduate from the pool to riding waves, Kingscliff Beach
between the Gold Coast and Byron Bay is a great stepping-stone into open
water skills. Offering both surf beaches and a river there’s fun on offer for the
whole family.
Kid friendly beach with rock pools Cape Conran Coastal Park in Victoria Australia

This hidden oasis is a favourite of the Swoodi crew. Swoodi Founder, Bree
Heather, grew up in this remote area of Victoria and spent endless days body
boarding, running up and down sand dunes and finding all sorts of marine life
in the maze of boulders and rock pools. The summer of fires have not been
kind to East Gippsland so keep this place in mind when you’re on a quest to
assist remote fire and drought affected communities.
Beach and picnic area at the South Bank Park lands in Brisbane Queensland

Is it a pool? Is it an ocean? No! It’s South Bank in Brisbane! Carefully
constructed for city dwellers to get outside and enjoy the sunshine, this
precinct is home to pools, picnic areas, aqua playgrounds and is kept safe by
qualified life guards all year round.
Water slides and Family friendly Glenelg Beach in Adelaide South Australia

For an all-inclusive weekend away to include city and surf, this safe sandy
beach is just a tram ride from Adelaide city. With all the conveniences of a
metropolitan area your Swoodi Swim Hoodie will be in overdrive going from
surf to sandcastles, beach to brunch!
