    Policies
    At Swoodi we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer a refund on full priced items returned within 30 days of receipt of your parcel, so long as it meets our returns conditions.

    Sale items must be returned within 30 days days of receipt of your parcel and will only be offered a store credit. Returns outside of this time frame cannot be returned.

    To avoid the disappointment of missing out on your favorite Swoodi item we do not offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing your desired item immediately and sending your original item for a refund or store credit.

    Returns will only be honored subject to the following conditions:
    • Items are returned within designated time frame (30 days of receipt of initial order)
    • Returned items are to be in original condition – unworn, unused and unwashed and free of any smells.
    • Items must be stain and mark free
    • Items must have all tags attached, be in original packaging with proof of purchase.

    Returns will only be processed once the original items have been returned to Swoodi.

    Swoodi does not cover or refund the postage costs.  

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be offered a refund.

    If the products that you received are deemed faulty, defective or you received the wrong product, a full refund will be offered, and postage costs reimbursed.

    Refunds 
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet and have checked with your financial institution please email us at hello@swoodi.com.au so that we can investigate for you.

    Sale items 
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but can be offered a credit note.

    Amendments 
    Orders cannot be amended once they are placed. This includes adding/applying a discount, item changes, change of delivery address and order cancellations.

    Warranty
    Swoodi takes pride in our quality control procedures, but on the rare occasion we have missed a fault please email us at hello@swoodi.com.au straight away.


    All cases will be assessed on an individual bases and at the discretion of Swoodi staff.

    Replacements can only be for the same item as originally ordered (same size and colour, unless not currently in stock).

    In the event you do not want a replacement the original item is to be returned and then a refund will be processed.

    Please note: Refunds can only be processed once original items are returned to Swoodi HQ.

    We highly recommended following the care instructions provided to ensure longevity of your Swoodi threads.  All our products are tested using these directions and guidelines, not caring for your Swoodi correctly or misuse of your Swoodi products will not be covered by our warranty period.

    Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Swoodi offers free shipping for orders over $200, within Australia. Flat rate shipping of $11.95 AUD for orders under $200.
    We only use reputable carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle for domestic and DHL for international orders. 

    The above policy only applies to items purchased on the Swoodi website (www.swoodi.com.au) all other items must be returned to the original place of purchase and adhere to that stores policy.
