Welcome to the adventures of Swoodi!
Swoodi designs for active kids and brings fun, comfort and colour back into kids clothing, offering exclusive prints with personality.
Creator of Swoodi, Perth mum Bree Heather is on-the-go from beach to brunch, pool to playground with her two water babies, Max and Havanna.
Bree was raised in the far eastern corner of Victoria with two brothers and spent every moment of every day outside swimming, riding horses and enjoying all the freedoms of country life. The love of freedom and healthy ambition soon took Bree from one side of Australia to the other. Pursuing her career as an underground Mine Surveyor, Bree experienced a different sort of country life in the great Australian outback and has since settled in Perth.
Bree’s life in Perth was fulfilled when she had her two children Max and Havanna. But with the high risks in underground mining, Bree was unable to return to her career after starting a family and soon began the journey of Swoodi.
Living in Perth has so much opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy the weather. But what Bree and her kids weren’t enjoying was the transition from swimming lessons to getting warm and dry again.
Max and Havanna have been the greatest inspiration for the Swoodi Swim Hoodie! Focusing on comfort, functionality and fun, it is a cross between a towel and a hooded jumper, easy wearing and perfect for the beach, bath and pool.
As a family owned and run business, Max and Havanna (now baby Tom) have been involved in the design, the testing, the photo shoots and are always there to help in the Swoodi Studio. Packing orders is serious business made fun with two helpers and the Swoodi Studio dog, Lloyd, as Project Supervisor.
