    Returns Policy


    Swoodi wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase Swoodi will offer a refund on full priced items returned within 30 days of receipt of your parcel.

    Sale items must also be returned within 30 days of receipt of your parcel and will only be offered a refund. Due to how quick our collections sell out, we are currently unable to offer exchanges - only refunds. 

    Returns outside of this time frame will be at the discretion of Swoodi staff.

    Returns, Refunds and Exchanges will only be honored subject to the following conditions:
    • Items are returned within designated time frame (30 days of receipt of initial package)
    • Returned items are to be in original condition – unworn, unused and unwashed and free of any smells including perfume, cigarettes and pets
    • Items must be stain and mark free
    • Items must have all tags attached, be in original packaging with proof of purchase.

    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be offered a refund or exchange.

    If the products that you received are deemed faulty, defective or you received the wrong product, a full refund will be offered and postage costs reimbursed.

    Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet and have checked with your financial institution please email us at hello@swoodi.com.au so that we can investigate for you.

    Sale items
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but can be returned for a credit note.

    Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Swoodi offers free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $200.

    Flat rate shipping of $11.95 AUD for orders under $200 within Australia.

     

    Our International rates vary depending on Country of residence. 

    Customs and import duties of the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer.

    We recommend contacting your local customs office for rates and detailed information.

    It is a legal obligation that Swoodi declares the commercial value of the order.

    We only use reputable carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle for domestic and DHL for international orders.

    All packages are delivered with signature on delivery, if you choose to change to 'authority to leave', Swoodi takes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. This is a matter you will personally have to deal directly with the postal service or by contacting your local Police station. 

     The above policy only applies to items purchased on the swoodi website (www.swoodi.com.au) all other items must be returned to the original place of purchase and adhere to that stores policy.
