At Swoodi we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer a refund on full priced items returned within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel, so long as it meets our returns conditions.
Sale items must be returned within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel and will only be offered a store credit.
To avoid the disappointment of missing out on your desired item we do not offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing your desired item immediately and sending your original item for a refund or store credit.
Returns outside of this time frame cannot be returned.
Returns will only be honored subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned within designated time frame (10 working days)
- Returned items are to be in original condition – unworn, unused and unwashed and free of any smells.
- Items must be stain and mark free
- Items must have all tags attached, be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Returns will only be processed once the original items have been returned to Swoodi.
Swoodi does not cover or refund the postage costs.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be offered a refund or exchange.
If the products that you received are deemed faulty, defective or you received the wrong product, a full refund will be offered, and postage costs reimbursed.
